Den 3e dito bevonden haer benevens het Eylandt Ambona, ontrent Hitoe, dreven meest in stilte, quamen des avondts noch inde mont van Baye, laetende de Schuyte het Schip voortsroeyen, om op den wal niet te drijven.
Den 4e dito sijn, (Godt) lof voor het Casteel gekomen, ende aldaer gheset op 7 vadem, hebbende noch 1½ legger stinckende water in 't Schip: alhier vonden, het Jacht Enkhuysen, volladen met Nagelen, ende het Jacht Duyfken was van Nova Guinea gekomen.[1]
Den 15e dito hebben het goet, ende victualle in 't Casteel ghedestineert onlost, te weten: 332 Plancken, 497 cc gedroochden Visch, 15000 cc Rijs, 50 Ribben, 8633 cc Bonen, 550 cc boter. 2 Affuyten, 2540 cc groene Erweten, 78 potten Arack, 9800 cc grauwe Erweten.
Oock overgedaen aen 't Schip Enckhuysen als volght: 3384 cc witten Rijs, 1200 p.grauw Erweten, 70 p.boter, 30 potten Arack.
Den 18e dito sijn voor het Casteel ghearriveert 4 Corracorren, ophebbende ontrent 350 Man, de Overste waren Chimelaha, ende Capiteyn Hito, waeren door den Gouverneur ontboden, om eenighe Rebellen, Inwoonders, den Portugeesen toeghedaen te helpen straffen.
Den 23e dito is den Capiteyn van 't Casteel in haer Schip gheapprehendeert.
